The land breathes with me here.

I feel its strength, calmness and wisdom.

It nourishes my knowing and my aliveness.

Being here brings my body, mind and soul to peace.

I cherish my times on Manitoulin Island.

The water of the bay sparkles as it sends its power to me and the clouds.

I am thankful for the quiet where I can hear my own breath and heartbeat.

Sweet Hollows Haven (153 Arthur Street in Manitowaning on Manitoulin Island) is physically closed for renovations and due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I look forward to offering courses and sessions outdoors there in person after the pandemic winds down.

For now, I offer courses and sessions remotely.
